Special Terms and Conditions for use of the Walking Guide Maps and Audio Guide
Users take walks and use the guides at their own risk. Users must remain stationary whilst listening to the audio guides and switch off their player and remove their headphones when moving. The University of Cambridge and Stride Design Ltd do not accept responsibility for the hazards of walking. The University of Cambridge and Stride Design Ltd do not accept responsibility for any changes to the walk environment due to planning changes, changes in rights of way, building work, highway work or other obstructions and hazards temporary or otherwise, or inaccuracies in maps, audio, video, access information, disabled access, admission charges and opening times.
General Terms and Conditions
Users may browse this web site using a compatible browser. Users may print any page on the web site, and the PDF map and text. Permission to browse the site includes permission to make transient or cached copies of parts of the site to the extent that this occurs in the normal course of using a browser and that these copies are used only to facilitate current or subsequent access to the site by the user.
Users may listen to audio tracks either from the web site or by downloading audio files to their own computer. These audio files may be copied to and played on the user’s personal audio player.
